This response (the “Response”) is made by British Sky Broadcasting Group plc (“Sky”) in response to the complaint made to Ofcom by British Telecommunications plc (“BT”), Setanta Sport Holdings Limited (“Setanta”), Top Up TV Europe Limited (“TUTV”) and Virgin Media Limited (“Virgin Media”), (together the “Complainants”) on the need for a market investigation into the pay TV industry, dated 3 July 2007 (the “Complaint”).
